it's immature and uncalled for. parents can still press charges depending on the age. most wouldn't for lets say two 17 year olds. it's still sexual harassment if your not of age.

In Britain the legal age is 16 for both male and female. I think it is the same in America but am not totally sure.

It's a bit bad though because the female cannot get arrested for rape but a male can. For example, if a 15 year old male had sex with a 17 year old female, the female cannot get done for rape because the male is not legal. However, if the male is 17 and the female is 15 and they have sex, the male can be done for rape, even if it was with consent.

The legal age (and I’m speaking from Australia so don’t go off at me about ages) here is 16 for females and 18 for males. They are your LEGAL ages. If that is your LEGAL age, than that makes any other age younger than those ages illegal (for example. If the female is younger than 16, it’s illegal. If they guy is younger than 18, it’s illegal. If the 16yr old female is having sex with a person younger than 18, it’s called as illegal. If an 18yr old is having sex with a female younger than 16, it’s illegal and rather disgusting). Why would they say ‘Sex is legal at this age.. oh but wait if you are both under the ages than it isn’t illegal! That would be silly’

If a 16yr old is having sex with someone in excess of say 19, that’s a little extreme and parents can play the ‘she was forced’ line if they find out and take it to police. Underage sex is hardly ever policed and there are hundreds of thousands of people out there having sex at underage/illegal ages and nothing gets done unless parents step in and act on it or the girl or boy cries rape.

Whatever age is your legal law age in your state or country, is the age you are ‘allowed’ to have sex. But like I said, it’s too hard to police so I wouldn’t worry about it.. Well I would but chances of police chatting you out is limited to none, if it’s not done in the most public of places

And it depends with the molestation thing. Depending on age and form it can often be classed as rape, sexual assult and sexual abuse. It’s the same thing but in the court of law they see all things differently to a discreet manner.

In some states it is, in some it's not.

Click on your state in the menu and it'll tell you.

However, I'd say it'd be a pretty much unanimous vote to say you shouldn't be having sex (and potentially producing kids by accident) until you can spell, punctuate and use basic grammar.

None of which you can do, so get off your girlfriend and find an English book.

It relies upon on the state and the age distinction between the two people. in spite of the reality that it may maximum probable no longer be criminal for a 14-twelve months previous and a fifteen-twelve months previous to have intercourse that's extremely no longer likely that the two could be charged with a criminal offense with the aid of fact of it. yet while one is 14 and the different is 17 the older guy or woman could desire to o.k. be charged with a criminal offense if caught.

First up, what's 'leagel'? second, what's 'malestation'?

I'd say the answer is no, however, minors are always having some sort of sexual encounters with each other, it's normal, healthy and a part of growing up. Just know where to draw the line, when to say no and what the risks are.

it is not illegal, it is just "frowned upon" by some people (not me) and parents i think can make a dispute about it but there is no guarantee it will go through if both partners are consenting. it is illegal however for an adult to have sex with a minor

look into age consent for your state. i think if you are of that age it's not illegal if your having sex with another minor.

It's not illegal unless one of the people are 18 (or over)..
