Afraid of getting on this rollercoaster? (Pic Included)?

Hi, in the summer, im going to six flags great escape. there is a roller coaster ive never been brave enough to go on.. i wanna go on it this year.. tips?

We have one very similar to that one at Lagoon. It'll be over before you know it, and you might want to go on it again.



The one at Lagoon looks like it could break down any second, it's so old. But the one at Six Flags looks like it's in really good shape.

Awww that doesn't look that bad. I would deff go on it. I'll give you a tip though, sit near the front because wooden coasters are bumpy and the back is way worst than the front. But you should be fine. Theres a coaster very similar to that one near where I live and it's really fun, but kinda boring. It's not bad at all. You should go on it, you'll love it. Just hold on tight to make yourself feel better. Ride with someone you know and hold on to their arm or something. :)

That looks like fun and really not that bad. If you want to go on it go once with someone that you feel safe or that can hold on to you and close your eyes the whole time. Roller coaster are not scary if your eyes are closed. Then go again when you have some confidence with your eyes open.

I went to a amusement park with my friends,it was a field trip.I knew i didn't want to be a baby, so i sucked up my fear and went on all the rides they did except one! My advice don't think about it,i went on my first up-side down roller coaster,because i didn't think "what could happen?" just say "this looks like fun" don't back down,and go on the scary rides first without excuses so you won't back down.Once off the coaster you can either feel great and want to go again or still scared.Nothing to loose i promise! Close your eyes,if you feel like it and hold someones hand/hug some one that's what i did.Remember a coaster only lasts less that 2 minutes! Wooden roller coasters are bumpy,i would suggest going to the front one.hoped i helped!

The first one looks like the Rattler and I heard it can bang you up pretty bad. I'm going to Fiesta Texas this Friday and am also pretty scared of going on one called the Scream. I've ever only been on two rides at Fiesta Texas: Bugs Bunny White Water Rapids and the Roadrunner. My advice is just don't think about it. The hardest part is actually getting on the ride.

whenever im afraid to go on a coaster i just think to myself "it's just a ride, and after you get off then you can say you've been on (whatever the roller coaster name is)" so go on it and scream as loud as you can-it gets rid of the nerves especially on big drops or loops.

I'm a daredevil, so in my opinion THAT LOOKS LIKE SO MUCH FUN.



If your afraid of rollercoasters:

-They won't kill you

-They may make you ''step out of your comfort zone'' (if you know what I mean)

-Keep your eyes closed the whole time so you won't know where you are going, that helped with me when I rode the Dragster at Cedar Point lol.

That's a wooden coaster. Least scariest kind. Just sit in the seat, put on your restraint, lift your arm, extend your middle finger and go with it.

OMG ! I'm also really afraid of rollercoasters ! The best advice I can give you is...close your eyes and hug the person beside you, lol ! That's all I have because I would NEVER get on that ride...=/

That one isn't bad, i been on it before. Rollercoasters often doesn't last long, so they are quick and fun. You can close your eyes or scream, or hold on tightly. Your not gonna fall and die or anything. I'm not a fan of rollercoasters, and i've seen worser ones (kingda ka, for example).

Just know that you are locked in securely with magnets and locks so it is 99 percent impossible for you to fall out.

i would be afraid but i would go on as its definately not the scariest ive seen!
