Teens have an increase of hormonal releases in their body as their bodies change from being a child to being a reproductive being. The hormonal increase fluctuations reek havoc on your emotions. It's not an excuse to have a rage attack, but it can help you understand that it's not just you. The same applies for depressions, love, and the other emotions that fluctuate at teenage years.
