Whats a good starter razor for a 12 yr. old? Manual or electric? What shaving cream? Thanks for your advice. :)

That's so cute your daughter asked you to help her with that! I'd say a good quality shaving foam designed for sensitive skin, that also is moisturising. And a good, electric razor (kinda like the ones that come with epilators) because they don't nip your skin like what can happen with manual blades.

Well, when I started shaving I used the Schick Intuition razor because that's what my mom uses, and it worked fine for me. It's manual, and I don't use shaving cream because it's got a ring of soap around it. Just tell your daughter to rub some soap on her legs before she shaves.

Just a little detail: The refills for the Intuition razor can be a little expensive, but they work great!

When I was twelve I started shaving my legs with the Venus Embrace razor, which is manual. I used shaving cream that I can't remember the name of. But the bottles come in blue, green, red, pink, orange and maybe another shade of reddish pink. Some of the scents are tangerine, kiwi, and berry :P

I would start out with a manual razor and for the first time just use a gentle soap. Sometimes certain creams can give sensitive skin a rash.

Get a good quality manual razor. Not a cheap one. And I used skintimate shaving cream

I'm 12, and I use Skintimate Signature Scents. My favorite scents are Strawberry Tangerine Twist& Raspberry Rain. And I use manual, disposable razors.
