As I live in California, I do not know about the laws in Texas, but here in California there is no age restriction, as far as I know, on buying condoms.

Perhaps it's the same in Texas and it's just the pharmasist doesn't want to encourage young people to have sex by providing them with condoms.

Maybe if you tell him that you don't wnat to have sex, but you need them for a school project.

Well i First want to say, Good Job for using a condom. There isn't a age, but if you get a checkout person who knows some family members which leads to you. Someone may find out and get you in trouble

I do not believe there is an age, if there is one it may be 16 or 18 I am not sure. But be prepared that they will make you take a 2 page written test all about sex before they will sell them to you. If you dont pass you wont get to buy them.
