It's terrible. Cases like these remind us of the downfalls of the rule, "Innocent until proven guilty." It's sad this poor, innocent little girl's murder will most likely never be justified.
This kind of thing happened with Natalee Holloway's case. Pretty much everybody knows Joran Van Der Sloot pretty much murdered her. It is pretty much a known fact, yet the justice system was not able to punish him due to the fact there simply wasn't enough evidence. Joran even went around telling false stories, and messing with the press about what happened, but nothing could have ever been done about it. I do feel terribly sorry for the families of these victims, just knowing the heinous crime committed on their loved one will never be justified. I could never imagine living with such a thing.
There is something extremely fishy about the Casey Anthony murder trial as well. The kid was gone for about 31 days, yet she never did anything. She just went out and partied, not showing the slightest hint of grief over her lost child. Caylee Anthony's grandmother was the one who reported it after Casey wouldn't allow her to see her grandchild. And of Casey was not at all guilty of murdering her own, innocent little child, why did she have to lie to the jury? They charged her with lying to the jury, (which is something someone who was completely innocent probably wouldn't have done), but for nothing else? Insanity I tell you, pure insanity.
May poor little Caylee Anthony rest in peace. I hope one day her murderer gets justice.
