May 6 is national lemonade day and I'm creating an event on Facebook to invite everyone. Should I put down my contact info like my cell phone number or just my email? It's going to take place in a park where there will be other stands as well...

No. Just put the address of the park and the time. There will be no need for anyone to contact you and if you hand out your details you could be stalked/harassed.

if it is private to just your friends and they can not invite people then it should be fine. If you're truly worried about it just put your email and tell them if there's questions they can email you or send you an FB message.
