Behold or Gravity Upgrade?

In March I can get an upgrade on my phone. At first my mom said I couldn't get the Samsung Behold because she thought it would need a data plan but when she found out she did she said I had to come up with half of the money so with Christmas coming up although I don't really want much I asked people to give me some money (that is only if they asked me what I wanted for Christmas) so I planned on giving her the money I save up plus whatever money I earn on Christmas. But now she is trying to persuade me to get the Gravity, the phone I was like "okay, i'll get this" when she said I couldn't have the Behold, but since she said I can have the Behold if I help pay for half of it I kinda still want it. Should I go with the cheaper phone [it's free with a two year upgrade/contract], since I don't mind getting it, or try and gather the money for the Behold?

Also: I'm a clumsy and semi-impaitent person so I'm kinda worried about dropping the Behold and pressing too hard on the touch screen if I believe something isn't moving too fast. I think as far as that goes that the Gravity would be a better option.

My last phone [before I lost it during the Camporee], the Nokia 5310 [also free if you get the two yea contract/upgrade], after a while keys either cracked or came completely off. I think as far as that either would be good because if the "regular" key pad on one side happens to do that on the gravity I always have the qwerty keyboard side so that'll keep me from dishing out money for a replacement. But the Behold doesn't have a keypad keyboard so that's good also.

As far as features the behold of course is better.

I would get the Behold, i really like touch screens they are so easy to navigate, i don't think they are easy to break (besides the phone being faulty) just buy a screen protector so you don't get scratches.
